Had to rent a car because of an emergency so it was last minute. They had something for me but when I got there they upgraded me to a nicer car for the same cost. I was very much satisfied.

Hands down the best! We’d planned a vacay for our large family for months and had a terrible experience at several other places. BMC was referred to us by a friend and they went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and on our way as planned. Max kept in contact with us all morning and was so polite and helpful!! We will never consider anywhere else and will refer everyone we know to them as well. Thanks Guys!

We used BMC Auto Rental 5 times in 2019, to visit a sick relative in Missouri.  I cannot say enough good about this company...they strive to please and the service is very customer centered, very personalized.  We had a issue one time and it was quickly resolved.

We will continue to use BMC many more times.
